  • RULES:

    Group lesson:
    Purchased semester fee or individual lessons apply. If you have registered for a group lesson, the registration is binding. If you want to drop out, that's fine, of course, but you are not entitled to compensation for the remaining lessons. If you are ill or unable to attend at any time, we would appreciate it if you let your teacher know for the sake of planning. If you are sick you have no right to request compensation for the lesson you missed in the group. If the teacher has the opportunity to make up the lesson, of course they often do, as we care about our students' development, progression and good contact, but it is not an obligation. If the teacher is ill at any time, a new lesson will be offered.

    PLACE:
    All group lessons take place at DJURGåRDSSKOLAN

    Instruments & materials:
    You need your own guitar to practice at home, and any books are paid for by yourself. In the premises at Djurgårdsskolan, guitars are available to borrow for all students, so you don't have to bring your own guitar if you don't want to.

    SCHEMATIC:
    Your lesson time is determined in consultation with the SGA and you are placed in group 1, 2 or 3.

    Group 1: 14:15-15:00
    Group 2: 15:00-15:45
    Group 3: 15:45-16:30

    EXERCISE:
    We invest heavily in our students and we want you to practice regularly to keep up and develop optimally. Of course, it will also be more fun for you if you practice regularly so you keep up and develop, while having fun!

    OTHER:
    Tip: If you would also like to have individual private lessons in addition to your group lesson, you are of course welcome to do so as well.  Contact SGA directly for the inquiry and we will help you. Individual lessons primarily take place at our own large premises in Östermalm (possibly it can be arranged at Djurgårdsskolan) ALL inquiries, however, are made directly to SGA at:

    The Stockholm Guitar Academy (SGA) has been teaching guitar playing since 2007 centrally in Östermalm for guitar-interested students of ALL ages and levels. SGA also organizes various musical events, play days and concerts exclusively for our students. SGA also organizes various guitar courses with various guest artists and invited world-famous musicians both in Sweden and abroad.
