We have been offering exclusive and high quality guitar lessons to children, young people, adults and seniors since 2007. Everyone is welcome regardless of level!

PAYMENT:
Payment must be made in advance or on the same day as the lesson takes place.
Payment is made via invoice, SWISH or card payment (our card reader accepts all cards except Diners). Cash payment is also good. We do NOT apply open purchases to lessons or gift cards! It is also possible to pay in installments for your lesson / lesson package via our partner KLARNA. Lesson can also be paid for directly ONLINE via your bank / card. This is handled via KLARNA on our booking portal BOKADIREKT.SE

SCHEMATIK
You can easily book your lesson time yourself ON-LINE or determined jointly. Lessons take place on an ongoing basis every week, by appointment, based on your own wishes for lesson time. A fixed lesson time is always best for your development, but YOU of course decide what suits you best.
VALIDITY TIMES
A purchased lesson package must be consumed within SIX MONTHS from the date of purchase (applies to lesson packages of 10resp 20 lessons) thereafter the package is considered consumed. Gift cards or value cards are valid for one (1) year after the date of purchase.
GIFT CARD / VALUE CARD
Gift cards and value cards can be purchased ONLINE via the "BOOK BUTTON"
(ie via spring booking act "bokadirekt.se")
A gift card or value card, on the other hand, is valid for one (1) year after the date of purchase. No open purchase.
Gift cards / value cards only apply to lessons, not products.
DELAY
All invoices must be paid no later than the due date. After five days of non-payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 is added. If payment is still not made after 7 days, the case is handed over to INTRUM JUSTITIA where we have a company account registered. They then take over the case and pursue it to a payment order.
INSTRUMENT
It is always possible to borrow a guitar from SGA during your lesson, but it is best if you bring your own instrument.
FORCE MAJEURE
Already purchased lessons or lesson packages / clip cards will not be refunded if the customer decides to cancel the training or not start the training. Repayment is thus not possible.
If SGA for any reason wants to cancel the assignment with the student / customer, SGA is entitled to this. In such a case, SGA will of course refund the customer the difference for the amount remaining. After the customer has purchased one of the lesson packages, the first lesson must begin within 30 days (unless SGA and the customer agree otherwise)
